Why does my Store account not reported on my credit report?
Hi, I recently checked my credit report on my Experian credit report but did not see my store account as I did on my equifax report. I do not have the store card, rather just an account opened for online shopping. I recently missed a payment of £5 because I forgot about the account. The missed payment is showing on equifax but not on Experian. I want to know why the account is not showing up on Experian and how this missed payment will affect my mortgage application as I am about to apply for one. This is the only missed payment I have in 3 yrs since I a credit file was opened for me.

Not all creditors report to all three credit bureaus. Some creditors don’t report to any credit bureau. This is why you must check all three credit reports annually for accuracy. The reports are often different.
The missed payment is going to hurt your credit/score. Mortgage lenders pull reports and scores from all three credit bureaus.
