Great stuff. Not affected myself, but watching this from the UK where there has been a lot of subprime miss-selling too and its all starting here.
Obviously the Fed could buy out all foreclosures,prior auction, rent to “owners”, sell at profit (to the Fed)to them later. Politically very difficult in US situation though. Elements of Socialism.
