where can i go to get the best rates on a home loan? having problems with current broker, payment is goo but fees too high

I used e*trade for my last loan & found their fees/rates to be the best for a 30 year fixed (20% down). At the time they had a guaranty that if I could find a better deal they would match it, I don’t know if they still do that.
