The problem is that bank of america does not want to admit that they are wrong and so if they are not going to modify your loan if you do not take agressive action and hire a law firm who can represent you and your rights. The worst thing that you can do is nothing because you will lose your house to forecloseure . Time is of the esscense and the time to takc action is now.

Modifying a mortgage on your own, without professional assistance is almost impossible. They tell you on the news you dont need to hire help. like an attorney. But yet they give the average consumer the run around if you attempt it on your own. NO THANKS!!! I went and got help from a reliable firm , and thats what finally worked for me ! Dont believe the news and their false promises.

I called Bank of America and wanted to add money to an account and it took me 58 minutes on the phone and then I was told that I had to go to a local B of A branch and couldn’t make a phone transfer.. When I ask why I had to wait 58 minutes to find this out, the person said rudely, “we are very busy”.

Thanks Bank of America for caring so much for your customers.
